Choose the right way to stay

Plan Your Retreat

Start with your intention. We will help you choose the right format, pace and level of support.

Your starting point

Not every group needs the same kind of retreat.

Some facilitators arrive with a complete programme and need a beautifully prepared venue. Others want a local partner to help shape the schedule, find practitioners and coordinate the experience. Private groups may simply want exclusive use of the house with thoughtful meals and optional activities.

Zenki House begins with a conversation rather than a fixed package. We look at the people coming, what you want them to feel, how active or spacious the days should be, and which details are essential to making the stay work.

Questions, answered

Good to know before you enquire.

Every retreat is personalised, but these answers cover the questions most groups ask first.

How far in advance should we enquire?

Earlier enquiries give more flexibility for dates and local practitioners. You can still contact the team for short-notice possibilities.

Do we need a complete programme first?

No. An early idea, estimated group size and preferred dates are enough to begin the conversation.

Can experiences be added later?

Yes. The core stay can be agreed first, then suitable practitioners, excursions or special meals can be added as the programme develops.

How is the final price calculated?

The proposal reflects group size, number of nights, meal plan, transfers, practitioners, excursions and any special production needs.
